If you purchased an Xtar brand product for personal use please contact the retail outlet where you purchased your products for support and warantee returns.

All of our flashlights come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

End User Customers: Please refer repairs, replacements etc. to the dealer where you purchased your product. We only service our wholesale customers. It is the responsibility of retailers to service their own customers.

Please return retail purchases to the dealer where you bought your product. We ONLY provide support to stores or other retail buyers. We do not provide support to individual end users.
